User Flows: Core communication flows were mapped to understand how users move between conversations, contacts and team discussions throughout their daily workflow.

Design System: A simple visual system was created to ensure consistency across messaging, navigation and shared interface components.
Refinement & Presentation: The final stage focused on refining layouts, improving visual hierarchy and presenting the platform's key communication features through polished product screens.
